KITCHEN AND DINING AREA
The well-equipped kitchen has all mod cons and plenty of storage room, with large dining area with space to seat 12 people. A seating area looks over a large glass panel in the floor above the millrace - a wonderfully tranquil place to sit and watch the water.
Games Room
The large games room includes a full-sized snooker table, dart board, table tennis, air hockey and table football tables, together with an integrated bar area with something for everyone and the source of hours of fun, especially on a wet day.
Reception & recreation rooms
With a large family room and separate sitting room with 65" TV, you will never be short of space to get together or to find a corner for some peace and quiet.
Heron Room
The Heron Bedroom is on the top floor of the Watermill with Super King or Twin beds and also has room for a cot and child's bed. With full use of the entire floor, it also enjoys a walk-in wardrobe, shower room with bidet and large seating and gym area.
Kingfisher room
The Kingfisher Bedroom is on the second floor and can be configured as a Super King or Twin with sole use of a spacious shower room on the first floor. This room enjoys delightful views over the private garden and stream where the kingfisher is a fairly frequent but elusive visitor.
mallard room
The Mallard Bedroom has a Kingsized bed, with ensuite shower room with bidet and lovely views over the back garden and stream.
grey wagtail room
The Grey Wagtail Bedroom has a double bed and ensuite shower room, so called after the family of grey wagtails who frequently nest in the garden.
wren room
The Wren Bedroom on the first floor can be a Super King or Twin room with doors out onto the rear balcony overlooking the stream. This room also enjoys an ensuite bathroom with spa bath and power shower over.
outside areas
With plenty of outside spaces to choose from, you'll be spoilt for choice. Enjoy your breakfast on the spacious terrace to catch the morning sunshine, have a BBQ on the patio, explore the wild corners of the garden or just sit and enjoy the sound of the water.
