- Cinema Room with 65" screen TV with streaming services: Netflix, Disney+ & Freeview.    Also DVD player with selection of DVDs.

- Large Games Room with full sized Snooker Table, Dart Board, Table Tennis Table, Air Hockey & Table Football. 

- Spacious bar area with bottle fridge & freezer for ice

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

- Accommodation to sleep 10 to 12 people

- 5 Bedrooms, all fitted with superior comfort Travelodge Dreamer mattresses.

• Kingfisher Room - Twin or Super King beds with separate shower room.
• Mallard Room - Kingsized bed with en suite shower room.
• Grey Wagtail Room - Double bed with en suite shower room.
• Mallard Room - Super king or twin beds with walk-In wardrobe, seating/small gym area and shower room. Space for child's bed and/or cot.

- 5 Bathrooms (4 en suite) with showers and/or bath, all with complementary toiletries

- 1 Ground floor WC with basin.
