Cancellation Policy

 60/30 day policy

• 100 % refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in. 
• 50 % refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. 
• No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Security Deposit

A deposit of £500 will be required before your stay.  This can be secured on a credit/debit card and will be cancelled/refunded upon full inspection of the property after your stay.

Damage & Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage caused to the rental property by you or your party during your stay.

Pets

You are very welcome to bring up to two dogs with you to the property.  However, as there is water flowing through the garden, please be aware that you must restrain your dog/s on a lead whilst in the rear garden if he/she is likely to take a swim.  If this occurs, please make sure that your dog is towelled down and restricted to the ground floor until completely dry.  Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms.  If extra cleaning is required due to this request being ignored, please note that the cost of this will be deducted from your security deposit.

Check-in & Check-out

- Check-in time is 4pm

- Please vacate the property by 10am on day of departure

- Check-ins are currently contactless, but please contact us if you experience any problems

Cleaning Protocols

During the current Covid crisis, we are exercising an extra deep cleaning process including:

- all bedding washed at 60°C

- all multi-contact surfaces sanitised with hypochloric acid (a 99.999% effective and safe sanitiser)

- contactless check-in and check-outs
